I am a guy who wants to eat breakfast for dinner. I have no flour or meat. Any ideas? I would prefer you to just give me a recipe or two rather than a link to a site. Please and thank you so much. ^_^Breakfast Recipes for dinner ASAP!?
Pan fried potatoes - cube some potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and add to a skillet with olive oil. Cook on med/low heat to cook the potatoes through (about 20 min), and then turn heat to medium to brown the outsides. Not fast necessarily, but easy!Breakfast Recipes for dinner ASAP!?
I like eating breakfast for dinner too :) One thing I used to make (and now that I think about it, I'm going to have to make again soon) is this:
You'll need:
2 eggs
Shredded or cubed cheese of your choice
Ham (or whatever meat you have)
One serving of instant mashed potatoes
2 tbsp butter or margarine
Salt and Pepper to your liking
Water (for one serving of instant potatoes)
First, put the butter or margarine in a large pan. Let it melt about halfway, then add however much water the box of potatoes says to. Let it come to a boil, then turn stove to medium heat after adding potato flakes. Chop up the ham (or whatever other meat you want to use) into bite-size pieces. Add the eggs and mix them around until pretty well mixed in. Add salt and/or pepper. Cook until almost done, then add however much cheese you like. I usually add about a 1/2 cup. Mix in the cheese and let it melt. When the eggs are done and the cheese is melted, turn off the stove. Stir everything to make sure it is all evenly mixed. Enjoy!
I love this recipe! I know it sounds a little weird, but it's delicious! And it's great to do for dinner, because it's a little too filling for breakfast.
Breakfast Casserole
10 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups cubed bread
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 325 F. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt; stir well. Distribute half the bread evenly in a buttered 9'; x 13'; x 2'; baking dish. Sprinkle with half the pepper, half the cheese. Repeat layering using remaining bread, pepper, cheese. Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole. Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes, or until eggs are set. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
Hash Brown Casserole

* 1/3 cup milk
* 1 small package (3 ounces) cream cheese
* 4 cups (loose pack) frozen hash brown potatoes
* 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter slowly until tender. Add soup, milk, and cream cheese; cook over medium low heat, stirring, until smooth. Combine potatoes and onions in a large bowl; stir in the soup mixture. Pour into a 10x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish; cover with foil. Bake at 350掳 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil and top with the shredded cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese.
