What recipe for a Romantic meal or dinner is a recipe for love?
A candlelit dinner for two,We especially enjoy each other`s lovely company,This is the recipe for love. The meal is a romantic gesture.I love spending quality time with you,You will always be my darling sweet angel. What recipe for a Romantic meal or dinner is a recipe for love?
I truly believe it is different for different people. To one, a man taking his lady to a secluded restaurant, candle light, soft music - is very romantic. To another - a home cooked meal (when they normally eat all their meals out) is very romantic - that they took the time to fix it special for them.
If you are asking so you can fix the ';perfect'; meal for your someone special, then find out that person's likes and their favorite food. If they talk about something their mother made for them when they were young - and you see that look of happiness as they talk about it, call their mother and get the recipe to make for them. Just the fact that you are trying to find a meal that gives them warm thoughts - is romantic.
Hope that helps. What recipe for a Romantic meal or dinner is a recipe for love?

Asian Style Salmon with 2 Sauces
1/2 c mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
2 tbs soy sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar (not seasoned)
1 tbs finely grated fresh ginger (peeled)
4 six-oz. salmon fillets

2 tsp wasabi powder
1 tbs water
Mix mirin, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger in a shallow dish. Add fish, skin side up. Cover and marinate for 10 minutes.

Go to your local supermarket and in the international/ethnic aisle (near asian) buy some Schezwan sauce.
Marinade the salmon for about 30mins in the sauce. After, wrap in tin foil and bake in the oven at 400 for 12-15mins.
Unwrap and enjoy.
The sauce is a bit zippy and spicy. It's rather different from the traditional way to prepare salmon, but once you try it you'll never think of putting lemon slices on top of your fish ever again!!
First, if you have any aversion to fishy smells, always rinse your fish in a bit of milk.
We do salmon a couple of ways -- roasted in the oven under the broiler with butter, lemon, %26amp; pepper is the easiest. The kids favorite is for me to pan saute the salmon with butter, olive oil, garlic, finely diced onions, %26amp; thyme. I add white wine to deglaze the pan, then lightly saute spinach to serve with the fish. Season with salt %26amp; pepper to taste.
My ';party'; recipe is to mix 1/2 C mayo, 1/4 C butter (room temp but not melted), 1 finely diced onion, 1 t mustard, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1/4 t. black pepper, and 2/3 C grated parmesan cheese into a paste. Coat fish and bake in oven. Right before serving broil fish until cheese becomes lightly browned. Spectacular.

make a box of macoronni and cheese and then add a can of cream of mushroom soup, then a can of peas or veggie of choice, then a can of tuna, then cheese of choice I prefer colbyjack, then pop it in the oven to melt the cheese. Quick and easy.
Got a crock pot? Buy liners for it made by Reynolds (foil folks). Liners help with easy clean up.
Baked Steak:
Round steak, cut in strips
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
Lipton's Dried Onion Soup Mix
Mushrooms, optional
PUT LINER IN CROCK POT! Mix soup and onion mix together. Put round steak in crock pot. Pour soup mixture over top. Cook on low while you are at work.
**You can even add chunked potatoes and baby carrots in the crock pot first, then the steak for a complete meal.
Variation:
Stew Meat, instead of Round steak
Tomato Paste
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
Potatoes, not peeled
Baby Carrots
Lipton's Herb Mix is good over chicken in a crock pot, plain or with a can of cream of celery soup.
You can do potatoes, beans and lots of other vegetables, too. Even desserts! Rival has a lot of great cookbooks.
Not everything has to be made with soup. Just season and toss in....WITH A LINER!
Make friends with your crock pot. It will help you keep you sanity.
Congratulations on such a sweet little guy!
If you've just had a baby and are going back to work, the odds are good that you're going to be too pooped at the end of the day to do anything elaborate for dinner. Make the cooking chores easy on yourself by using good pre-cooked deli and frozen foods and adding your own special touchs. Make your microwave your best friend, and things will be a lot easier.
For example, buy an already-roasted chicken from the deli and improvise a quick cherry sauce by using canned dark cherries from which you've drained the juice. Thicken the juice in the microwave with a little cornstarch, and add the cherries to it. Heat through, and serve over the chicken. With a loaf of garlic bread and a green salad, it's a great quick meal.
Add thin sliced kielbasa or smoked sausage to already-prepared German style potato salad and heat briefly in the microwave. Serve with hot rolls and sliced tomatoes or cole slaw.
Another favorite around here is Mandarin Orange and Chicken salad. Using a bag of pre-washed spinach salad as your base, add a can of well-drained Mandarin oranges and some slivered almonds or chopped pecans. Top with breaded chicken nuggets, and just before serving, drizzle with your favorite raspberry vinagrette or sesame dressing. All you need is rolls or bread sticks for a complete meal.
And consider cooking a large batch of chili or soup on the weekends, then freezing part of it for later. It's perfect for those days when you drag in so tired that the first person who says, ';When's dinner?'; is in serious danger of losing HIS life. ;-) With a pan of cornbread made quickly from a mix or a platter of cold cuts for sandwiches, it's like getting the night off from kitchen duty.
Spaghetti %26amp; meatballs.
www.dreamdinners.com. It was a life saver when I was pregnant and just after the baby was born. I would get mom to watch the little for a couple of hours and go assemble about a months worth of dinners at a time. Then you just sock them in the freezer and it's quick prep when you get home. It gives you a few hours of ';me'; time too. Sort of.

make a box of macoronni and cheese and then add a can of cream of mushroom soup, then a can of peas or veggie of choice, then a can of tuna, then cheese of choice I prefer colbyjack, then pop it in the oven to melt the cheese.
Sort of.

Asian Style Salmon with 2 Sauces
1/2 c mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
2 tbs soy sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar (not seasoned)
1 tbs finely grated fresh ginger (peeled)
4 six-oz. salmon fillets
Sauces:
2 tbs soy sauce
1/4 c honey
1 tbs lime juice
2 tsp wasabi powder
1 tbs water
Mix mirin, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger in a shallow dish. Add fish, skin side up. Cover and marinate for 10 minutes.

Make the seasoned soy sauce by bringing the soy sauce, honey, and lime juice to a low simmer in a small saucepan, stirring frequently, until thickened - about 4 minutes or so. Make the wasabi sauce by blending together the wasabi powder and water in a small bowl.
Broil the salmon, skin side down, on an oiled broiler pan 6 inches or so from the heating element until just cooked through, about 6 minutes. Serve drizzled with sauces.I want to cook salmon for dinner, does anyone have good recipes?
Camarones al mojo de ajo (shrimp in garlic sauce)
1 head (not clove - a whole head, or about 20 cloves) garlic, minced fine
1 pound / half-kilo shrimp
1 can chopped tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth

Turn the heat to medium-low, add the garlic, tomatoes, lemon juice, chicken stock, wine, chipotle, and spices. Reduce the sauce by about a third to a half, crushing the tomatoes along the way.
Add salt and pepper to taste, add the shrimp back in and cook another 5 minutes or so. At the last minute, toss in chopped cilantro if you like it.
Enjoy.

Do you live by yourself? The answers you get can make all the difference. And this question, by the way, is very broad. But I'll try to narrow something down.
The first thing to realize is if you choose to eat healthier foods, you can eat A LOT more. One of the keys to a healthier eating style is to eat more than 3 meals a day, but eat smaller meals.
For example, when I go to work (I live alone), I bring 2 or 3 bananas, a couple of bunches of grapes, and a few granola bars (I prefer Quaker Chewy Granola Bars). I eat half of this in the early morning (I eat some of it while I'm commuting), then half in the late morning/early afternoon. Since you've already taken care of a lot fruit/vegetable servings, tuna salad with crackers and string cheese are good to have for lunch. Drink plenty of water all day too. Also, try to space your small meals 2-3 hours between each other.
Dinner is easy. Think protein, whole grains/multigrains and vegetables. A boiled chicken breast, some brown rice and broccoli. Or a pork chop, wheat pasta, and a big salad. (I don't eat beef, but you can choose lean beef as well).
Baby carrots, green olives, celery sticks or multigrain chips/crackers make a great after-dinner snack. But remember...have them 2-3 hours after dinner.
Other answerers might have completely different opinions, but this is what works for me.
get some chicken breasts
cook them lightly until half done and then make slits/pockets in them
mix up some light cheese, tomato paste, pepper, diced capsicum in a bowl and then insert it into the pockets
make up a little gravy to put in the bottom with some veggie stok(stock cube) and some tomato paste, lay chicken in it(it looks wet but trust me it works)
put some more veggies in dish and then dot with some olive oil
cook in oven for 30-40 minutes depending on how much the chicken is cooked.
this dish is healthy and yum as! put it on a bed of lettuce or mashed potatoes and drizzle over tha yummy gravy!
hope you like it, it is such a yum dish
chicken and pasta bake.
Slice some cooked chicken, cook some pasta and mix with a tomato sauce. Layer a casserole dish with half the pasta mixed with the sauce then the chicken and finally the rest of the pasta. Top with a little grated cheese and bake for 25 mins at 180 or 'til the cheese melts.
This is filling and economical and warming

The grocery stores now have sealed pre-cooked meats such as pot-roasts, pork chops, meatloaf, baked ham, chicken, and etc. They are sooooo good and most have their own gravy. Buy brand names that you know. Follow the directions on the containers and pop into your microwave. You will find them in the cold section (not the freezers). Ask a clerk to show you were they can be found.

3. Place tomato halves, cut sides down, on hot grill grate; cook 1 minute. Turn tomatoes over and top each half with a piece of mozzarella. Cover grill and cook tomatoes 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese melts and tomatoes are heated through. Transfer tomatoes to plates with salad.
4. Place cutlets on hot grill grate and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until juices run clear when cutlets are pierced with tip of knife, turning over once. Place cutlets on plates with salad and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.Ok i need some healthy recipes and ideas for all meals please.. and moreso for dinner please and thank you?
