Nice recipe for dinner for one?

Hi, my husband is working late again, doh :(


I set aside the evening for picking up some groceries and cooking a nice meal, so I'll just do it myself!


Any good ideas for one person? I'm feeling indecisive, haha.

Grill something! Anything! Add sauteed mushrooms and onions (butter and season salt) to top it.





Cook breakfast; pancakes, bacon, omelet, sausage gravy.





Make a meatball Sub sandwich or a club sandwich with ham,turkey, bacon, cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes.





Chicken salad, tuna salad or casserole.Nice recipe for dinner for one?
