Easy dinner recipe?

I work a lot and have a family of 6 I need a fast, cheap and also good recipe for dinner. Does anyone have one?Easy dinner recipe?
Open-faced hamburgers

Mix ground beef with seasonings, chopped onions and shredded cheese. Make patties very, very thin and about 1/2 inch larger than bun. Put on bun and broil. Just watch cuz if patties are too thick, the bun will burn before meat's done. Serve with steak fries and pork %26amp; beans! Good stuff.

Taco Casserole

Take 2 lbs. ground beef and brown with 1 1/2 packages of taco seasoning. When brown, drain grease and put in casserole dish (I use a small roaster). Spread flat and top with sour cream, then salsa. On top of salsa cover with shredded Colby/Jack cheese and corn chips (Tostitos are best). Put another layer of salsa and cheese and bake 35-45 minutes at 375 (until bubbly). Enjoy!Easy dinner recipe?
