I made my in laws Chicken Parmesan Alfredo, and it was a total hit. Super easy too! Here's what you need:
1 1-lb package of linguini or fettucine
2 cans Ragu Cheese Creations Alfredo Sauce
1 boneless skinless chicken breast per person
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups plain or italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat the oven to 375. Coat the chicken on both sides, first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Place in a 9x13 metal casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Pour one jar of sauce over the chicken and top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes more or until the juices run clear. Serve with the pasta and extra sauce. You might put this with a green salad with a nice simple dressing.
Good luck!I really want to ';woo'; my parents for a dinner I'm cooking, any recipes?

How about a roast chicken with rosemary and lemon? Easy enough. See the suggested sides. Pick some veggies to throw right in the pan to cook along with the chicken or roast them seperately with a splash of olive oil. There's half of your meal right there. A salad is easy enough.

Maybe a mini strawberry cream tart for dessert. http://www.mywinesdirect.com/recipes/min鈥?/a>
My folks would be impressed and don't forget the wonderful aroma the rosemary will give off when they walk in the door.
