Get carne asada from your local butcher shop. That's the best meat for fajitas. Then make sure to grill it on a bbq. That's the key. Also chop up some nice size pieces of onions and bell peppers and fry them in a pan. Warm up some tortillas and have the fixins out (sour cream, salsa, lettuce, cheese, avocado, hot sauce) and let everyone dish out their own grub. Mmmm!I'm making dinner for friends Saturday who requested fajitas! Never made it, any good recipes???
You can go to www.kraftfoods.com, and they have a good recipe. You can make them in a skillet, and yes shrimp fajitas are awesome. You can also make mixed fajitas by adding steak and chicken in with the shrimp. Yummy. I'm getting hungry thinking about them!
