Recipe for dinner that included bacon and preferably cheese?

I HAVE OTHER INGREDIENtS obviously but i want to use baconRecipe for dinner that included bacon and preferably cheese?
Chicken with herb and ricotta stuffing





4 tbsp ricotta CHEESE


1 garlic clove


3 tbsp mixed chopped fresh herb


2 tbsp breadcrumbs


8 chicken drumstick


8 streaky BACON rashers (strips)


1 tsp whole grain mustard


1 tbsp olive oil


salt %26amp; ground black pepper





- mix together the CHEESE, garlic, herbs and breadcrumbs. Seoson well with plenty of salt and pepper


- Carefully loosen the skin from each drumstick and spoon a little of the herb stuffing under each, smoothing the skin back over firmly.


- Wrap a BACON rashed tightly around the wide end of each drumstick, to hold the skin in place over the stuffing during the cooking time.


- Mix together the mustard and oil and brush them over the chicken. Cook in the oven medium heat for about 25 minutes.

I made bacon and spinach quiche last night. Fry bacon, (set aside) then, saute onion and spinach in bacon drippings. Pour into baked pie crust (10 minutes) Top with cheese (your choice cheddar, monteray jack, etc) Pour egg mixture over (4 to 6 eggs and 1/4 to 1/2 c. of milk, or cream, or half %26amp; half, or evaporated milk) Bake for 45 minutes on 375 degrees
lightly grease a casserole pan rip up 8 slices of bread ( i like french bread ) place in bottom of dish , in a large bowl add about 8 eggs about 4 ounces of shredded cheese ( your choice) 1/2 cup of milk mix together add 1 pound of cooked bacon crumbled up , pour in dish bake on about 375 until browned on top a little
