What's an easy dinner recipe?驴?

i really need a dinner recipe!!! I'm making dinner for my wife and my 2 kids!!!! they want something fun easy and delicious!!!! HELPWhat's an easy dinner recipe?驴?

this is my recipe





ingredients - some vegetables like onion tomato capsicum , asparagus , some greens spinach etc. (any vegetable u like).any meat if u want





method-put some butter in apan and let it melt. then add the vegetables and meat with some garlic or ginger.then add falavourings like sal , pepper, vinegar, soya sauce , fish sauce , stir fry sauce any thing.and voila ur simple vegetable stir fry is ready





serve it hot with some steaming rice
Beef Noodle Bake





1-1/2 pounds ground beef


1 small onion - chopped


2 cans tomato sauce (8-oz. ea.)


1 cup sour cream


3 ounces cream cheese - cubed


1 teaspoon sugar


1 teaspoon garlic salt - or as needed


7 cups cooked wide egg noodles -- drained


1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese








Preheat oven to 350掳 F. and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish





In a skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat; stir in tomato sauce, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and garlic salt; mix until blended. Place half of the noodles in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish; top with half of the beef mixture. Repeat layers.





Cover and bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.





serve with green salad.

Pizza cooked on the grill.......yummy. You can even cook frozen pizza on the grill and it's good
taco bake


1 box of macaroni %26amp; cheese (the kind with the cheese packet)


1 lb (give or take) hamburger


Grated cheese (doesnt matter whatever floats your boat)


salsa


sour cream


cook the hamburger, drain


cook the mac %26amp; cheese like normal


blend the meat and mac and cheese together cover the bottom of a pan with the mixture (but not all of it about half) slather on the sour cream salsa and grated cheese (about half) then put the remainder of the meat mix on top of that and put the rest of the sour cream salsa and chese ontop of that cover with foil back in about 375 degree oven (or so, doesnt really matter as long as you pay attention) bake until the cheese is melted (about 20 mins)


you can buy everything for under 10 bucks...at target...doesnt even have to be ';greatland';


you can add jalapenos and stuff if you want it to have more of a kick

Salisbury Steaks





one lb ground sirloin


1 beaten egg


1 pkg McCormick Brown Gravy Mix


1/2 . C. Sour cream





Mix the ground beef ( I add some chopped onion) with the beaten egg. Season to taste. Shape into little steak patties.





Brown on both sides in skillet with a little oil.





Drain, Mix gravy according to package directions and pour over the the patties. Cover and simmer until cooked through... about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and stir the sour cream into the gravy.





Serve with baked potatoes and a green salad and Texas Toast. ( in the refrigerated section )
Taco Pie


INGREDIENTS


1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls


1 pound ground beef


1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix


1 (16 ounce) container sour cream


8 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese blend


1 (14.5 ounce) package crushed tortilla chips


DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


Lay crescent dough flat on the bottom of a square cake pan and bake according to package directions.


Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well. When dough is done, remove from oven and place meat mixture on top, then layer with sour cream and cheese, and then top off with the crushed nacho chips.


Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.





You can top with your usual taco toppings, i.e. lettuce, tomato, olives, onions, etc.
This is as easy as you can get...its delicious and healthy too.


Assuming you have a crock pot. Use a large cooking bag, Inside the bag put a chuck or rump roast, slice an onion and place on top of the roast, add chopped potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, seasoning and top with canned gravy (golden mushroom. Cook for ten hours.
Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches








1 3 1/2- to 4-pound rotisserie chicken, meat shredded (about 5 cups)


1 to 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce


1/4 cup pickled jalape帽os, roughly chopped (optional)


4 hamburger buns


Potato chips (optional)





In a bowl, combine the chicken, barbecue sauce, and jalape帽os (if using). Divide the mixture evenly among the bottoms of the buns and sandwich with the tops. Serve with potato chips (if using).





Yield: Makes 4 servings

The gammit of Pasta Roni dishes are really good, I really like the Parmesean Cheese flavored one. You can doctor it up by baking or grilling up some chicken breats and having the pasta on the side. Or you can make it fun for the kids by having chicken nuggets with the pasta instead of chicken breasts.





My husband and I make this as a quick, easy and yummy midweek meal when were pressed for time.
Stroghanoff





Brown some beef, (ground, stew meat, cubed round steak, whatever you have) with some onion. Drain and add mushroom soup and a little milk. Cook egg noodles in boiling water and right before serving add a big spoonful of sour cream to the meat and sauce. Put meat sauce over the egg noodles when they are done. Very easy, quick and yummy!
Here's an easy one that the kids will love:





Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up





1 lb. ground beef


4 slices Bacon, chopped


1/2 cup chopped onions (about 1 small)


1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes


1 pkg. (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust





PREHEAT oven to 400掳F. Cook ground beef, bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain; return meat mixture to skillet. Add VELVEETA; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; set aside.


UNROLL pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides. Rearrange, if necessary, so roll is seam-side down on baking sheet.


BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cut diagonally into six slices to serve.





Serve it with some oven fries or some raw veggies with ranch dip.
buy a jar of Prego Spaghetti sauce(best canned sauce) and spice it up with a bay leaf a couple shakes of crushed red pepper....and buy a box of pasta of your preference...then look for a loaf of frozen garlic bread that you can just throw in the oven...should be in the freezer section...and wah-lah! an extremely easy and delicious meal!

Pineapple Cranberry Pork Roast





3 lb boneless pork loin roast (or whatever size you have)


2 teaspoons seasoned salt


1 teaspoon ground black pepper


1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained


1 1/2 cups chopped dried cranberries





Rub the pork roast on all sides with salt and pepper, and place in a slow cooker.


Pour in the pineapple chunks and juice, and sprinkle in the cranberries.





Cover, and cook 7 hours on Low.





Be sure to let the meat rest before slicing.





I like to serve this with rice.
Chicken fillet coated with cheese and potatoes





Chicken is usually coated with a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs but in this recipe chicken is coated with mashed potatoes mixed with cheese and herbs. It is a delicious recipe that your family will certainly love especially children.

Ingredients 2 Potatoes ,medium size


1/2 kg Chicken Breasts


1 Onion ,chopped


2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese ,grated


2 tbsp Thyme ,or oregano ground


1 Chicken Stock Cubes


1 Egg Yolk


Salt and Pepper


1/3 cup Sunflower Oil














Directions


In a medium deep pan, boil potatoes, unpeeled for 5 minutes. Drain, peel and grate.


In a medium plastic bowl, mix potatoes, onion, egg yolk, cheese, thyme and chicken stock. Use your hand to form a smooth dough. Season with salt and pepper


Using a kitchen brush, grease a medium non-stick baking pan. Coat chicken breasts with potato mixture from all sides and arrange in baking pan.


Place baking pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until thickest part of chicken is tender turning chicken on both sides. Broil on both sides until potato coating becomes golden brown. Serve immediately.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:


1 1-pound box elbow macaroni


1 medium onion, chopped


olive or vegetable oil


1 pound lean ground beef


Salt and pepper


1 28-ounce jar pasta sauce


1/4 cup, plus garnish, grated Parmesan cheese





1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Saute the onion in a little of the oil, then add the meat and cook over medium-high heat until done.





2. Drain the grease from the pan, then add salt and pepper to taste.





3. In a large saucepan, combine the sauce, the 1/4 cup of cheese, and the beef mixture and bring to a simmer. Add the pasta, turn off the heat, and let it set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.





4. Finally, garnish individual portions with the additional grated cheese. Serves 8.
