A dinner recipe with no dairy, beans, tomatoes, chocolate鈥?& low carbs?

i have to make dinner for a lady who cant have any of those things.... i have no idea what to make!A dinner recipe with no dairy,beans,tomatoes,chocolate鈥?%26amp; low carbs?
salmon and king prawns griddled with herbs and lemon, sauteed potatoes (not much of to keep carbs low) serve with vegetables......ummm I'm hungry now lol.A dinner recipe with no dairy,beans,tomatoes,chocolate鈥?%26amp; low carbs?
Grilled chicken (herbed) with sauteed mushrooms and green salad.........
Just stick with meat, vegetables and a side dish like rice, couscous or pasta and a dessert of fresh fruit.
Marinade salmon in teriyaki sauce and garlic for about 1 hr. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.

Serve with garlic and broccoli spears (cook then saute in a pan),

and a cucumber and rice-wine vinegar salad. I add sesame seeds and salt to taste.

For dessert, a sliced pears with just a tiny, tiny bit of amaretto or vanilla dashed on top with almonds.

Nothing is high in carbs, no dairy, no beans, no chocolate.
Marinade chicken breasts (skinless, boneless) in Italian dressing or ginger dressing. Grill outside or broil inside. Add a nice leafy green salad topped with celery and beets with balsamic vinaigrette and some steamed asparagus with toasted almonds.
You can make any non-starchy vegetables. Try a vegetable medly roasted in olive oil and garlic. Salad with anything but tomatoes. Try green onions, red peppers or avocados in your salad.

Any meat roasted, baked, broiled or barbequed.

Quinoa pilaf (soak it at least 8 hours first to get rid of the bitterness, and rinse well) You can cook quinoa just like rice, make a pilaf with chopped porcini mushrooms and onions saute'd in olive oil. Quinoa is the highest protein ';grain';, it has more protein than most legumes and it is a complete protein. It is very suitable for diabetics and people on low-carb diets.
steak and grilled veggies.
Anything with a lot of protein. Chicken, beef, pork. Seafood.
