Mushroom Chicken Bake
2 Chicken breasts
1/4 Cup chopped onion
1 can Mushroom soup
2 soup cans full of water.
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 cups Minute rice
1/2 Cup chopped fresh mushrooms (Optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the chicken. Place in a pan that fits the oven. Put the chicken pieces on top. Place in the toaster oven At 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Depending on the timer on the oven, you may have to reset the timer twice or thrice since some only allow settings up to 20 minutes.
Serve with a Spinach salad dressed with a Honey Mustard dressing. Throw in some slivered almonds and Craisins (dried sweetened Cranberries). Make some green beans too.What's a nice dinner recipe that?
