Can anyone recommend (share) a quick and easy dinner recipe for this week-end? I want to cook for my BF but we're tired of the same old stuff.

You could make the Italian Simple Feast (Spinach Salad with Mushrooms, Foccacia, Spaghetti Carbonara, Lemon Sorbet and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries) or do Roasted, Brined Chicken with a Mixed Green Salad, Green Beans, and one of the many easy-to-make desserts featured.
hamburger stroganoff


fry a pound of hamburger, and 1/2 cup chopped onion, drain


add; 1-small can of mushrooms, and 1-can of mushroom soup


and half can of cream or milk. salt and pepper to taste.and pour over noodles, serve with rolls,and white wine
Easy and tasteful. And not so known, so really something new!





Pizzaiola Frankfurters. Love them!
